Fabulous location on the island of Panarea including breakfast and perfect views. The island doesn't have usual transport and relies on golf cart transport which can be romantic and cheap. For sure a place where go back!
The hotel is historical and an institution of the Eolian islands. One can feel this history in the hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the view is amazing. Food is perhaps a bit expensive for the quality.

Rooms are very dated and don’t feel clean. Our AC was broken and they insisted it was working. After half a day, we let them know it still wasn’t working but the hotel was sold out. We said they had to move us to a room with AC so we were able to be accommodated next door at La Piazza. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at La Piazza over Cincotta. Cincotta was very disappointing.
Perfect hotel. Our room had stunning views over the ocean, so relaxing! The breakfast was fresh and mixture of Italian and continental breakfast with delicious farm fresh eggs cooked upon request. Right in the centre next to the port so it’s very easy to get around the small island. Reception staff very friendly. Could have more day beds by the pool - have to get in early. Would definitely recommend.
